1. What information do we collect and what do we do with it?

When you subscribe to our site to receive free or paid products, including online courses, eBooks and webinars, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name and email address. Additionally, we collect device-specific information such as your operating system version and device type to enhance your app experience.

We also collect school or campus affiliation information where provided, in order to coordinate programme delivery with partner schools.

Email marketing: We do not send any email marketing to students under the age of 18. Any email communications sent to them will be directly related to the programme they are participating in.

For parents, guardians and students aged 18 and over, we may, with your consent, occasionally email you about our site, services and product updates, or invite you to take part in a survey or share feedback. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by contacting us at [email protected].

2. How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to subscribe to a service on our site, make a purchase, or participate in or consume a digital product, you imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to unsubscribe if consent is implied.

How do I withdraw my consent?

If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent at any time, by contacting us at [email protected].

Where a student is a minor (under the age of 18), consent is given by the parent or guardian on the student's behalf. By registering a student for the programme, the parent or guardian confirms their consent for the collection and use of their child's information as described in this policy.

3. Disclosure

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law, such as in response to a court order or an investigation.

4. Payment

If you make a purchase on our site, we use a third-party payment processor such as Stripe or PayPal. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our site and its service providers.
